General

How do I log in to my account for the first time?

To log in to your business account for the first time, click on the link you received from us and choose your own password to log in from now on.

How can I change or recover my password?

To change your password, please go to your account. You can recover a password by clicking "I forgot my password" on the login screen.

Can I add multiple delivery addresses?

Yes you can. You can add addresses in your account in the address book, or during checkout.

Can I give other colleagues access to my account?

Yes you can. You can add addresses in your account in the address book, or during checkout.

Ordering

Where can I find an order overview?

If you are logged in, you can go to your account to see all your orders you have placed and other details.

Is it possible to place a repeat order?

Yes, you can. A previously placed order in the webshop can easily be placed as a repeat order. To do so, go to your account, click on 'Re-order' under Orders and the products will automatically be placed in your shopping cart.

Can I change the delivery address?

When placing your order, you can specify the address to which your order should be delivered.

Can I change or cancel an order?

If you have placed your order before 4 pm on working days, we will do everything possible to give it to the delivery service on the same working day. You can therefore cancel or change your order until 4 pm on the day of ordering. To do so, please contact our office staff by phone: +31(0)88 - 20 20 600 (Mon-Fri 08.00 - 17.00).


Returns

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can if unused and in the original packaging.
Please contact our inside sales department to register your return. This can be done via e-mail address info@dehaco.nl or by calling +31(0)88 - 20 20 600 on weekdays between 08.00 and 17.00.

How can I return my order?

Report your return to our office by e-mail or phone

If your return request has been approved, you will receive the return form by e-mail

Pack the product in the original packaging and add the completed return form to your shipment

Have your product collected by GLS in consultation with customer service or return it yourself via a carrier of your choice

You will receive a credit note from us a few working days after receipt. The amount can be offset against any other invoices
